1. Subscription Refund Policy

  • 1.1 Refunds are only applicable within 24-48 hours of subscription purchase.
  • 1.2 If the subscription service is not delivered or activated within the stated timeframe, a full refund will be provided.
  • 1.3 Refund requests must be submitted with valid proof of payment and issue documentation.
  • 1.4 Once a subscription is activated and working, it becomes non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • 2.1 Subscription credentials are not delivered within 48 hours of purchase.
  • 2.2 Subscription account is invalid, inactive, or non-functional at the time of delivery.
  • 2.3 Service received is completely different from what was advertised or purchased.
  • 2.4 Duplicate or incorrect billing charged to the customer due to system error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • 3.1 Subscription has been successfully activated and is working as described.
  • 3.2 Customer changes their mind after subscription activation and delivery.
  • 3.3 Account suspension or termination due to violation of the service providers terms.
  • 3.4 Issues caused by customer sharing credentials or misuse of the subscription.
  • 3.5 Refund requests made after the 48-hour eligibility window has expired.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • 4.1 Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period.
  • 4.2 Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
  • 4.3 No pro-rated refunds are available for partial subscription periods.
  • 4.4 Customers are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal to avoid charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • 5.2 Provide transaction ID, payment screenshot, and subscription details.
  • 5.3 Clearly explain the issue with supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
  • 5.4 Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours with a decision.

6. Refund Processing

  • 6.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
  • 6.2 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • 6.3 Payment gateway fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
  • 6.4 Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
